Order and delivery terms
General
1.1. These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions for the use of the Quality Service (hereinafter the “Service Provider”) online service (the “Service”) and the terms and conditions for ordering and delivering the products. By registering for the Service or purchasing products from the Service, the Service User (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. The service contains notices and operating instructions that specify these terms and conditions.

1.3. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider. The Service Provider has the right to change these terms and conditions. The Customer accepts the changes when using the Service. The terms and conditions in force at the time are available on the Service Provider's website.
1.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the information on the websites of the manufacturers of the products sold on the Service.
Ordering and delivery of products
3.1. We only deliver orders to Finland. For the time being, we do not deliver orders to Åland. Home delivery products are not delivered to the postcode areas of the Turku archipelago. If the delivery area is otherwise delimited, the delimitations will be announced in the Service.
3.2. The price, delivery methods and delivery costs for each product are stated on the product page. In the same context, any restrictions on the availability of the product shall also be indicated.
3.3. The Customer may place an order on the Service either after registering as a user of the Service or without registration. The order is binding on the Customer.
3.4. Products ordered and in stock will be delivered within approximately one week of ordering. The Service Provider announces the estimated delivery times of the products in the Service for other orders.
3.5. If there are delivery difficulties with the ordered product, the Service Provider's customer service will contact the Customer. In the event of a balance error, the Service Provider will notify the Customer of the balance error and refund the value of the undelivered product to the payment method used in the order.
Payment methods
4.1. The customer can pay for the product on the Service via online banking with a bank ID, invoice or credit card. Payment methods are announced in more detail in the Service.
Order cancellation and return policy
5.1. The customer cannot cancel an order made and paid for on the Service if the product has already been delivered from stock. If the order is not picked up, the order will be treated as a canceled order. It is also possible to cancel the order by filling in the cancellation notice and sending it to our customer service by e-mail to [email protected] In this case, our customer service will take care of the return of the order to the warehouse. If the Customer wishes to cancel the transaction after receiving the order, he must proceed as described in section 5.2 below.
5.2. The delivered products have a 21-day right of return from the moment of receipt of the goods. You can change the size or color of the product you ordered during the return. Report the exchange or return to [email protected]. Return shipping documents will be delivered with the same delivery method in which the order was delivered. Return the product as soon as possible after completing the exchange notice. If the customer does not return the product within 21 days of the return notice, the product will be removed from the reservation and returned for sale.
The consumer must keep the product substantially unchanged and unreduced until he has decided to keep the goods. Do not use the product until you have decided to keep it. The product must be returned in its original marketable packaging. Therefore, keep the shipping package of the order or package the product in a separate shipping material when returning. If the product or product packaging does not comply with the terms of the contract, we will not accept a return and the product will be sent back to the customer.
The product is not unused if the product shows clear signs of wear and / or dirt. The return must include the original packaging as well as all parts, documents and packaging materials included in the packaging. The seal of a product sold sealed must be intact. Products manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes have no right of exchange or return.
The product must be returned as a customer return in the Laatuvalo online store via Posti or Matkahuolto. Notice of the exercise of the right of return must be given to the Service Provider within the aforementioned 21 days and the product must be returned within 14 days.
5.3. The date of purchase of the product is considered to be the day when the product package is redeemed or the date of the receipt. If necessary, it is the customer's responsibility to indicate the redemption date.
5.4. The service provider pays the postage for the returned product if the returned product can be delivered as a normal postal parcel or letter and the parcel or letter has been sent from Finland. Delivery charges for products delivered as special transport units will not be refunded.
5.5. The Service Provider will return the Customer's payment due to the return of the product no later than within 14 days of the product's arrival at the online store's warehouse. If you return all products from your order, the delivery costs of your order will also be refunded (excluding products delivered as a special transport unit). If you return only some of the products, shipping costs will not be refunded on your order.
5.6. The campaign benefit provided by the service provider cannot be monetized. If the conditions for receiving a campaign benefit (eg a discount) are not met in connection with a customer refund, an amount equal to the value of the benefit will be withheld in connection with the refund. When changing the size or color of the product, you will receive the replacement product at the same price as with your original order.
Warranty
6.1. The product delivered to the customer is accompanied by a shipping list, which is also the product's warranty certificate. Any extended warranty provided by the product manufacturer is not binding on the Service Provider.
6.2. Replacement or repair of the product under warranty does not extend the original warranty period of the product.
6.3. The Service Provider may be released from warranty liability if it can be shown that the defect or breakage of the product has been caused by an accident, use of the product contrary to the instructions or intended use, or other circumstances for which the Customer is responsible.
6.4. The Customer shall notify the Guarantor of the defect in the Product within a reasonable time after the Customer discovered the defect or should have discovered it.
Other terms and conditions
7.1. The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
7.2. Finnish law shall apply to any disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider concerning the agreement.
7.3 The service provider is liable for defects in the products it sells in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In the event of a product error, the customer must always contact Intersport Customer Service first by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or via the feedback form. The consumer customer has the opportunity to submit a dispute between the service provider and the customer regarding the contract to the Consumer Disputes Board.
